Today, on renewing your mind,

this will be the final time that I host this program.

As you may have heard yesterday, I have decided to retire so that I can spend more time with my wife,

daughter, our four children and our eight grandchildren.

It has been the greatest privilege of my professional career to serve

linear ministries in this role for the last ten years,

but it's time to pass the baton, or in this case, the microphone.

And I couldn't be more pleased to hand it to my colleague, Nathan W. Bingham.

Nathan is no stranger to Ligonier students.

He serves as our vice president of ministry engagement,

and you have probably heard and seen him on other Ligonier outreaches,

including Ask Ligonier, and are always ready, apologetics events.

Nathan, the Lord has gifted you for this role, and I'm excited for you.

I'm excited for our listeners, and you can count me among the many, many people

who will be tuning in each day.

Lai, you certainly leave big shoes to fill.

I know I've said this to you a number of times, but I do want to thank you

for all the ways that you have helped me, and what I've learned from you,

working with you these past ten years, typically behind the scenes,

and especially for the way that you have come alongside me these past few months

preparing me for this next season.
