Yeah. UK name, just to keep things interesting, is burnout with a particularly important subtitle. Do you want to knock that out? Yeah, because I think it does differentiate it, doesn't it? You'll know because you've read it. How to manage your nervous system before it manages you. Because I think a lot of people feel overwhelmed and that is the sign the nervous

system is trying to look after you and we want to reclaim that a little bit.

occupational carries over into all sorts of areas of life. Parents, informal caregivers,

students, quite often that work isn't really being acknowledged. And when are we not at work, basically?
