Mostly because the conservative government, not to get too political, but they don't want to give people money,

so they don't want to pay disability allowance, so they're like, all that person in a wheelchair

stood up for a moment to scratch their ass, I bet they're faking it, plus British culture,

there's always a big paranoia in British culture about being tricked. No one wants
