July 29th, 2012, Palmyra, Pennsylvania.

After spending the evening at a bar,

21-year-old Courtney Stouffer returns to her apartment building alongside a male friend

named Cody Pruitt but gets into a confrontation with her neighbors. The police are

called to the scene and managed to de-escalate the situation, so Courtney goes into her apartment with Cody.

When Cody wakes up later that morning, he claims that Courtney has vanished without explanation

and she has left her car and all of her personal belongings behind.

Investigators explore a number of different leads but can find no evidence of

foul play or any strong suspects so Courtney's disappearance remains unsolved.

I'm your host Robin Water and today we're going to be covering a controversial missing

person's case. The 2012 disappearance of Courtney Stalfer.
