A security camera captures 30-year-old Stephen Coacher arriving in a residential neighborhood

where he parks his car and is seen walking down the sidewalk before he vanishes without

a trace.

Earlier that day, Stephen had made a 135-mile trip to Henderson from his hometown of St.

George, Utah, but never told anyone why.

Since Stephen was struggling financially, it is theorized that he might have traveled

to the area in order to seek employment or earn some money, but there is no conclusive

evidence of what happened to him and Stephen is never found.

After that, the trail went cold.

I'm your host Robin Warner, and this week we're going to be exploring one of the more

baffling missing persons cases of the modern era, the 2009 disappearance of Stephen Coacher.

I've received numerous requests to cover this case, and since our podcast usually spends

the month of December covering holiday themed mysteries, I thought now would be a good

time to do an episode.

At the time Stephen Coacher went missing, he was preparing to spend the holidays with

his family, and some Christmas gifts he had recently purchased were left behind in his

abandoned car.

Stephen was residing in St. George, Utah, and decided to make an unexplained trip to Henderson
