Newburgh Heights, Ohio.

17-year-old Kurt Silva goes out to spend the evening with friends, but does not return

home.

When Kurt's parents go searching for him, they learn that he vanished while attending

a party.

Five days after his disappearance, Kurt's body is found in a ravine, but the coroner's

office cannot determine his exact cause of death.

The case would have many unexplained elements, including suspicious behavior from the host

of the party and a mysterious stranger who accurately predicted when Kurt's body would

be found.

After that, the trail went cold.

I will finally be covering a case from that show which has been requested countless

times since the inception of this podcast, the unexplained 1981 death of Kurt Silva.

I felt like this would be an ideal time to feature this story because as you probably know,

The Kurt's Sova case is one of the most memorable segments from the show's first season,
