Ireland. 26-year-old Annie McCarick, an American-born citizen living in Ireland

leaves her apartment to travel to the Wickler Mountains, but never returns.

Even though Annie is allegedly seen that night with an unidentified man at a pub, no trace of her is ever found. Over the next five years, seven

other women would go missing within the same 130 kilometer radius around Dublin.

This leads to speculation that the cases might be

connected and the area becomes known as the vanishing triangle. After that, the trail went cold. Oh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,

I'm your host Robin Warder and today we're traveling overseas to Ireland and profiling

a number of different missing persons cases in order to explore a very interesting topic,

the vanishing triangle.

Anyways, you can probably tell by your accent, Dara Hales from Ireland, and this was the story she requested I cover on the podcast when she originally entered the contest.
