means anything to you.

After today, you won't forget her, or the way that she killed a man, or the smug and

satisfied way she talks about it after.

Terry Neely was disabled and confined to a wheelchair, which makes this murder all the more

evil.

August 5, 2009. Phoenix firefighters were called to the backyard of Covenant of Grace Church,

where they found a trash can on fire.

While dousing the flames, they spotted what looked like a badly charred body inside.

Police arrived on the scene and confirmed and realized that not only was the body burned, but it was in pieces. It didn't take very long to figure out who it was, though. It was a

man named Terry Neely. He was 46 years old and lived at an assisted living facility. The reason

Terry lived in an assisted living facility is because

he was confined to a wheelchair and needed assistance, living. Just a few days before he was

discovered burning in the garbage can, surveillance video showed him scooting out of the facility

in his motorized wheelchair. 33-year-old Angela Simpson barely knew Terry but would occasionally see him around and thought

that he was a snitch working with law enforcement.
