Hey guys, just a quick update on our con ink series.

Last week, Tim Ballard's camp reached out to us wanting to give his side of the story

in regards to the investigation that we've been conducting on his work.

As you may recall, we've discussed court documents that directly contradict his origin

story, an origin story that he's used to generate hundreds of millions of dollars from

well-meaning Americans through fundraising and movie ticket sales.

For the record, we had reached out to Tim Ballard in mid-July when we first started

this investigation, but received no response at that time.

So we were pleasantly surprised to hear from his camp last week.

We scheduled an interview with him for Friday, September 8, 2023, and decided at that time

that it would be best to pause this week's episode on the series to provide Mr. Ballard

an opportunity to give his take on our findings before moving forward.

Unfortunately, his camp cancelled the interview.

It has yet to be rescheduled.

As a result, we took a break from the series this week, but we'll be back at it again

next week.
