Never before heard interview with Joe Biggs.

In November 2018, Red Pilled America was just a few days old and we interviewed an up-and-coming citizen journalist named Joe Biggs. We were working on a story about Facebook’s 2018 purge of conservative accounts, and given Mr. Biggs’ banning from Zuckerberg’s platform, we thought he’d be a good person to talk to for the episode. For various reasons, we didn’t use the interview at the time. But given the recent news of his 17 year sentence for his “J6” related activity, we thought you would want to hear more about him from the man himself.

Mr. Biggs talks about his time in the military, how he got involved in investigative journalism, social media censorship, free speech, working with InfoWars, his attempt to work with President Donald Trump’s team, and more. And perhaps most importantly, he talks about the importance of the rightwing to get involved in creating its own narrative machine.

0:31.5	Days old, yeah, I think that it was, we were like two or three weeks in and we were starting
0:37.8	to do an episode on the Facebook purge back at that time.
0:42.8	There was a lot of Facebook purging of accounts and he had been on our radar for a while.
0:49.8	He was kind of an up and coming citizen journalist and he lost his Facebook account.

0:56.1	I was introduced to him and it was a soft introduction by a mutual friend who also was sort
1:02.0	of an independent journalist and he was doing things at the time in that space and he knew
1:07.1	that we were launching Red Pill to America and he said to me, I know Joe Biggs, I can put
1:11.6	you in touch and so we got in touch with Joe that way.
1:15.2	And for those of you guys who don't know exactly who Joe Biggs is, Joe Biggs was recently
1:21.7	sentenced to 17 years in federal prison for his role in the J6 activities that happened
1:29.3	obviously in 2021.
1:31.2	He was convicted on several charges but I think that the nail in his coffin was at the
1:35.8	judge applied a terrorism enhancement to his sentencing.
1:41.0	Yeah, I think that ultimately there is a couple thing.
1:44.0	I mean, I hear this is the meme that's kind of going around.
1:46.6	He shook one of the fences.
