Good afternoon, everyone. It's Dr. Niagara, a beautiful day here in Massachusetts.

Hope everyone is doing well, getting vaccinated so we can put this pandemic behind us.

Another fun and humbling week talking to a lot of you guys via email, phone calls, inviting me to be on various different podcasts as I said I'd never expected this

podcast to take off at at the magnitude and level that it has and I'm deeply touched and very

very appreciative um as you know I kind of think about during the week, like, what am I going to talk about?

And Julie always asked me, like, what are you going to talk about this week? And I go through a series of, um,

ideas of my mind, which is kind of how my mind works. Uh, so we've been remodeling since

January 26th, I think, but everything has been so delayed because of the pandemic.

So I had to stop at the house the other day because I was going to hook up the new modem.

And I realized that the coaxial cable that was there is no longer there. So I had to get in contact

with the electrician, and I had to go back to the house to mark where I wanted the coaxial cable

to be put in. And in the room are all my autographed guitars. And I looked and I saw one of my

Springsteen books, as all of you know,

Springsteen has been a huge influence of my life,

and I saw the book The Ties That Bind.

And it was on an album called The River,

which is an amazing album of self-discovery and an introduction to relationships and who am I and who are you

and who is this person next to me in bed and in the current climate that we live in this is

going to be more I think of an existential I said that I think an episode or two ago I to be more, I think, of an existential.

I said, I think an episode or two ago, I wanted to kind of get into more of an existential realm because we are all, we share one common thing is that we are humans.

Whether you live in the United States, whether you live in Europe, Canada, New Zealand, Asia, Antarctica, anywhere, we share one common thing.

And if you really take more of a Darwinian approach, we're designed to do one of two things.
