Welcome to the terrible take a daily segment telling Steelers nation what's on our mind. I'm Alex Kazora.

Yet again, the Steelers defense closed out Sunday's win over the Green Bay Packers,

two fourth quarter interceptions to preserve the four-point

win.

But it was special teams that really usher the team to victory.

There was cornerback Patrick Peterson's extra point block to keep it 1713 Pittsburgh

nearing the half. That four-point lead the Steelers would consistently hold the rest of the

game was a huge benefit forcing the Packers to push the ball into the end zone

instead of potentially playing it safe and kicking a field goal to send things into OT.

And Long Snapper Christian Kuntz prevented us from finding out who the Steelers' third string

Long Snapper is, gutting out his ankle injury suffered early in the fourth quarter.

He snapped another field goal and punt clearly hobbled and all taped up for it

but finished out the game.

I say third string long snapper because backup snapper Cole Holcomb was already out for the year and regardless

testing a backup snapper in the final minutes of a close game is the last thing you want to experience, just ask James Harrison.

While Special Teams was not perfect, notably on kick coverage, these moments by

Peterson in Kuntz's toughness were big and together they played vital roles in victory.
