We're going off the beaten past a bit here today with a different topic. Hard Knox, the acclaimed summer show where NFL

films goes into a team's training camp for a unique behind the scenes look of how a roster

is built, how a team comes together. The problem the There's a bunch of ways to make yourself ineligible to appear on the show if you have a new head coach

if you made the playoffs in the last two years if you've been on the show in the last decade

those rules are leaving the NFL with only a

handful of eligible teams that are pushing back on inviting a camera crew in.

So what is the solution about the only carrot the NFL has been able to offer a draft pick?

Anyone who volunteers to be shown on hard knocks receives a fifth round draft pick.

Boom problem solved. You're going to receives a fifth round draft pick. Boom.

Problem solved.

You're going to get a team who says the juice is worth the squeeze and raise their hand.

There needs to be an incentive for teams to allow the perceived disruption of a film crew, though the league does a good job to make themselves as invisible as possible.

Still, fork over a draft pick, which I know sounds a little outlandish, but draft picks are like points in whose line, made up and they don't really matter.

The NFL gives them out to teams as compensation for for agent losses and for teams who lose minority candidates in upper front office roles.

This would just be one pick and hey it's a chance for another player to get drafted so it's a win-win

for all around.

And the NFL will never have to scramble or worry about finding a dance partner again.
