Following the 2022 season in which Rudolph dressed for just one game, the Week 15 win on the road in Carolina.

There was seemingly no chance Rudolph would have any interest in returning to the Steelers

franchise, especially after he had a strong

training camp in preseason and still was the number three quarterback on the roster.

Instead, Rudolph is reportedly back for another year with the franchise that shows him in the third round of the 2018 NFL draft,

solidifying the quarterback depth chart behind the likes of Kenny Pickett and Mitch Trebiski.
