This thought randomly popped into my head yesterday thinking about the future of the NFL. I forget how it even came

about something regarding how big of business and industry the league has become in

the group trying to buy the commanders as Stan Snyder maybe possibly could be selling.

We hear so much from the league about their desire to expand their product

internationally and they

Because you know it's been a while since the NFL last expanded.

You have to go back 21 years ago to 2002 for the last time a new team was brought

into the League of Houston Texans. Since it's been status quo on at least the teams who play in the NFL.

And that's notable because the league has never gone this long without adding a new team.

Since the AFL and NFL 1970 merger the League hasn't franchised a club in a shorter amount of time doing so in 1976,
