Last year, when the Pittsburgh Steelers made Kenny Pickett the selection at number 20-22 NFL draft, I have to admit I was rather

disappointed. I felt at the time his ceiling overall at the most important

And it's not because of what Pickett did on the field as a rookie from a production standpoint.

No, it's because of who he is off the field in the locker room from a leadership standpoint
