I'm Alex Kazora. One last thought as we exit the

2023 NFL combine officially wrapping up today on Monday. Each year the

athletes get freakier and freakier, which is awesome. It's fun to see

football's top 0.01% workout in shine. But I don't want us to become numb to work out that are rock solid too.

Take Penn State Corner, Joey Porter Jr.

Regardless of if you like him and want him to come to Pittsburgh or not, he had a good workout at Indy.

A 44640 for his size, 6-2, nearly 200 pounds, with a 10-9 broad, 35-inch vertical, and 17 reps of 225. Will those numbers blow anyone away?

No, but they're good, there should not be any debate about that. And by the way that 17

on the bench is really impressive given his length 34 inch arms.

Or how about Notre Dame's outside linebacker Isaiah Foski at 264 pounds all he did was run a 458 with a 166 10 split and a 10-5 broad but because

freaks like Nolan Smith considerably lighter by the way ran a 4, a guy like Foski gets no love.

Today they just feel ho-home, completely overlooked.
