It was a very busy first day of the legal tampering window for the Pittsburgh Steelers and GM O'Marcon,

a trade for wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr., an agreement to sign cornerback Jamel Dean,

and an agreement with running back

Rico Dowdell. With those moves came some losses, like running back Kenneth Gainwell to Tampa

Bay, Guard Isaac Siamalu to Arizona, and cornerback James Pierre to Minnesota. Guard remains a

major need for the Steelers, and some reports indicate that a veteran guard will be signed to help

replace Siamalu. But one key takeaway that I had after the flurry of moves from the Steelers

was one that looks to the 26 NFL draft. I hope the trade for Pittman and the signing of Dean

doesn't keep the Steelers from addressing wide receiver and cornerback in doing so early

in a deep and talented class at both
