am intrigued by. Patrick Graham, who will be taking over his defensive coordinator, may bring a key

change in the defensive scheme that the Steelers have been missing for at least 10 years.

During the prior seven years under Keith Butler and the past four years under Terrell Austin, the philosophy has been the same, week in and week out.

But there is something that the Patriots did year in and year out under head coach Bill Belichick that the Steelers have not. He altered his defensive game plan on a weekly basis to attack

the other team's offense and exploit any potential weakness.

Under Patrick Graham, that could finally change.

Graham served in a variety of coaching positions under Belichick in New England for seven seasons.

In talking about his approach to game planning, he has specifically discussed the need to scheme against each opponent individually to take

away what their quarterback and skill players like to do and attack any potential areas of weakness.

It would be refreshing to see the Steelers adjust to each opponent rather than bring the same
