It sounds kind of crazy, but is it a good thing that Pittsburgh is playing in Baltimore this weekend?

Normally, going into the belly of the beast is far from ideal, but the Steelers can play with a chip on

their shoulder, us against the world, because really, that's reality. Outside the walls of their facility, there is not much hope

and belief. Willie Cologne might be the only one offering any sort of a defense, one that amounted to,

hey guys, just keep believing. Pittsburgh is not so friendly anymore, and a misstep would get

magnified, booed by fans at the first sign of trouble,

deservedly so for the product on the field, but hardly home field advantage. So take that mentality

and turn it up to 11. Embrace the hostility. At least on the road, you can feed into it. Go shut them up.

That's not the mentality you want for your own fan base. And if the Steelers do win, then coming

home Monday night against Miami might feel a little more welcoming. But her loss will only turn

anger into apathy, though I can only imagine what the fan base will be feeling

come week 18's home finale against Baltimore in the rematch.
