I'm Alex Kizora. Better is not good enough. That's my takeaway from the Pittsburgh Steelers' week two loss against the Seattle Seahawks.

Was Pittsburgh's rushing attack better?

Yes, and the Steelers leaned on Jalen Warren a little bit more, which was the correct move.

Was the run defense better?

Yes, at least in the first half, before falling the pieces in the second.

But that is not the bar Pittsburgh needed to reach, and it certainly wasn't enough for victory.

The running game still did not provide enough balance.

The run defense is still a problem in front seven injuries or only compounding it.

How does it get fixed?

There's no magic wand.

Shaking up the depth chart isn't going to do much.
