In training camp, things are going to

ebb and flow between the offense and the defense. So far for the Pittsburgh Steelers,

the defense seems to be leading the way, dominating early in training camp. Even with all the new

pieces on that side of the football, it was to be expected.

It's raised some concerns about the Steelers' offense, though, with guys like Aaron Rogers and D.K. Metcath having some struggles getting on the same page early, and the offensive

line dealing with some poor performances early in training camp. But on Thursday, that all

changed. The Steelers' offense had its best day of training camp, with Rogers and Metcalf being dialed in together.

Even Roman Wilson made some plays, and John O'Smith was a presence as well.

It wasn't a padded practice, but it was good to see the Steelers' offense respond to a rough start.

Metcalf after practice even stated the group took it personally that they

were pushed around Wednesday in the first padded practice of training camp for the Steelers.

Based on the response Thursday, the offense is coming together at just the right time in training camp.
