and it's not even true. Late last week, a report came out indicating Pittsburgh called Jacksonville

unusual, but not out of the entire realm of possibility. Calling never hurts, and the Jags have a new regime. Perhaps they were open to conversation. But quickly, within a couple hours, the initial

story was refuted, repeatedly and unequivocally, by the Steelers' local media,

by the Jaguars' local media, by multiple members of the national media, including Tom Pelliserro

and Adam Schaefter, not just that the Jags had zero interest in trading Lawrence, but the Steelers

never called. And yet, so many national media

outlets, including NFL Network and ESPN, are still talking about it. The worst offender is pro football
