One week after playing the Washington Commanders and dynamic dual threat rookie quarterback,

Jane Daniels, the Pittsburgh Steelers should be well prepared for the week 11 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens

and MVP frontrunner Lamar Jackson.

Jackson and Daniels have similar skill sets,

but let's make one thing clear. They aren't in the same stratosphere as players. The Steelers know

that, and they're giving Jackson all the respect he deserves. Steelers fans should do the same.

Jackson isn't a running back playing quarterback,

like many have pushed in the past. He's an elite level quarterback who has taken his game as a passer to an otherworldly level. He's going to win MVP again this season, which would be the third

of his career. He's playing the best football of his career

and is arguably the best quarterback in the NFL, period. He deserves all of the respect.

While the Steelers have had plenty of success against him so far in his career, that can't just be

magically expected to continue this year. Jackson has grown and improved in all facets of the game.

He has his best weapons of his career around him now, too.

He's not turning the ball over, is making some absurd plays in the passing game,

and his confidence level is sky high.

He's going to be the toughest test the Steelers face all season.

And that even includes Kansas City's Patrick Mahomes, for my money at least. It's Ravens Week.

It's a rivalry. There's a lot of healthy hate between the two franchises and fan bases.

But when it comes to Lamar Jackson's name, put some respect on it. He's earned it.
