There were plenty of problems for the Pittsburgh Steelers coming off their second straight loss,

a run game that still can't get going and

offense overall just not doing enough mounting outside linebacker injuries a defense

that cannot win on third down but But rookie corner, Beeney Bishop Jr. struggled for the second week in a row.

Targeted and picked on as the Cowboys move the ball despite Starwide receiver Citi Lamb

catching one pass after the first quarter.

Pittsburgh makes teams play left-handed and Dallas's players came through.

In part because the Cowboys guys made play, so kudosudos to them but also because of the

Steelers mistakes including from Bishop who missed assignments committed

penalties and struggled for the second week he made a couple plays a nice and a breakup, but there was more bad than good.

It's hard to blame him.

The Steelers are asking an undrafted rookie to play in every down role out of the gate.

I can appreciate the team searching for an all

situation solution instead of the committees they've been using post Mike Hilton

but this is a lot on the young guy's plate. Pittsburgh was more careful with

Joey Porter Jr. to start his career

than they have been with Bishop, in part because they had less of a choice with a lack of

slot options. But they're the Steelers. They build the roster. They don't get to complain about their lack of options and it's not like injuries have played a factor.

Bishop is just overmatch and it's the team's own fall. DC Threl Austin admitted at the end of camp they really didn't have anyone taking hold of the job

and the healthiest guy would win by default. I know they're waiting on Camp Sutton to return and
