I'm Josh Carney.

It might not be a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but for me, it's very comforting

and exciting to know that the Pittsburgh Steelers were well represented at the annual

O-Line mastermind summit last week in Dallas. Duke Manney Weather is the best of the best when it comes to teaching and coaching up

offensive linemen and his summit aiming to help increase the understanding of the

position while helping current players in the process is huge. The Steelers had veteran guard Isaac Sayamalu there last week as well as rookie

center Zach Frazier. Even former Steeler and Hall of Famer Alan Fanica was a guest speaker

at the summit.

Sayumalu and Frazier are two key pieces of the Steelers offensive line rebuild.

Obviously, sayumala was a Steeler last year and performed very well, while Frazier was a key second second round pick out of West Virginia that

aims to be the next great Steeler Center. Being at the summit doesn't

guarantee success. However, it's a sign that the two are committed to doing everything possible to improve each and every day,

and are aiming to try and pick up any tips and tricks they can along the way when it comes to playing offensive line.

As a great former football coach once told me at a young

age something that has stuck with me all these years. Offensive linemen lead the way.

Sayamalo and Frazier are doing just that for the Steelers.

And that is incredibly exciting to see.
