Almost each and every year, a player for the Pittsburgh Steelers turned some heads in training camp,

forcing themselves

into the conversation at their respective physicians.

There's quite a few candidates to choose from this year

for the Steelers, ahead of training camp

at St. Vincent College and Le Trope, where the Steelers report on July 25th.

It could be rookie safety, Ryan Watts, rookie linebacker Peyton Wilson.

Veteran defensive linemen de Marvin Leal or even second-year

cornerback's Corey Trice Jr. and Darius Rush.

For me though, I think veteran-wide receiver Scotty Miller is going to be that

player that blows up in training camp, turns heads daily by making plays

and establishing chemistry with the quarterbacks. He was already doing that during OTA's

and mini-camp with Russell Wilson and it should continue in training camp. in with his quarterbacks, being in the right spot all the time, assignment sound, and making plays when the football comes his way.

That's why Tom Brady loved him in Tampa Bay, and that's probably why Wilson looked his way so often this off season.

He brings great speed and experience to the receiver room for the Steelers.

He's familiar with Arthur Smith's offense too, so he should be playing fast and free when the pads come on in Le Trob.

With a real opportunity in front of him to grab a roster spot.
