It might feel a little dated, but I do have one final Steelers draft thought.

Why can't this team make a draft documentary highlighting their weekend and their selection?

So many teams do it and they're so darn cool.

The jets, the rams, the jags the panthers to name a few

I know the answer to my own question the Steelers are a private team they don't want to

air all of their inner workings for the general public, famously wrinkling

their nose whenever pressed about being on hard knocks, which they would go kicking and screaming

about if it ever happened.

But their own documentary would give them complete control

over how it's produced, edited, and released.

Now the team I know has their standard series,

but it pales in comparison to what other organizations are doing.

It's not bad there's some decent interviews with behind-the-scenes personnel but their

draft day stuff is mostly Mike Tomlin on the phone with the picks and nothing really all that interesting

It's a selfish request and one I know probably will never come true at least not under this regime in ownership but to see some

war room clips and Omar Khan working the phones on trades would be incredible and I

promise it's not going to hurt the team or reveal any state secrets.

These other clubs are doing it without that concern.

It be a look behind the veil and stories worth telling to really show how this

storied franchise operates.
