As a Steeler's Rookie Mini Camp comes to a close today, it's been a fun three days for

fans and players alike. We got to hear from the rookies

courtesy of interviews and social media and a peek at their first time on the

field together. It goes without saying that most of what we saw is just football in

shorts as head coach Mike

Tomum likes to call these types of practices. So you can't draw too many

conclusions with how this will translate to the regular season. Does first-round

draft pick Troy Fautano lining up at right tackle mean that last year's first round draft pick Broderick Jones will finally move to left tackle his natural position?

Or will things look different again in OTA's and training camp?

It's obviously way too soon to predict anything

about this year's rookie class, but there is every reason to be excited about them.

Despite the injury concerns that cause linebacker Peyton Wilson to slide to the third round,

he looks just as sharp, nimble, and fast as he has the past two seasons.

Wide receiver Roman Wilson is embracing his place with the Steelers in every way possible.

Studying his new offensive coordinator's offenses from the Titans and

Falcons and looking forward to working with veteran-wide receiver George Pickens.

Cornerback Ryan Watts participated in his graduation ceremony, but joined his teammates

the following day, eager to get started.

And then there are the three new offensive linemen, already bonding.

In the past, the Steelers were often slow to bring rookies into the starting lineup.
