With Monday's departures of three members of the Steelers offensive coaching staff wide receivers coach

Frisman Jackson and assistance David Corley and Matt Tom show the Steelers will be

in something of a hiring frenzy over the next month on paper it looks like a dream team of names out there.

Eric B enemy on offense, Mike Grable on defense, all these well-known coaches just waiting to be hired.

Maybe Pittsburgh could make this a Brian Flores 2.0 situation, that's the thought. But Flores was a rare situation, blackballed by the league, and someone Mike Tomlin did not even consider hiring until it was clear the other 31 teams had frozen him out.

I don't know where all these current big names are going to land, but they're not all coming to

Pittsburgh. Those guys will have the opportunity for bigger roles

that need general assistant titles and they won't come cheap either. Think of them as

big name for agents. There's no salary cap, but there's still a cost.

Will Pittsburgh be busy making hires?

Yes, multiple on offense and at least one defensively, an assistant D.B.
