| 1:35.8 | that I've I've learned over the years is that exercise intense exercise breaks |
| 1:42.6 | down muscle and it's the rest that allows that muscle to rebuild |
| 1:50.0 | and rebuild even stronger. And so when I simply am pursuing intense exercise and I'm not allowing |
| 1:59.0 | my body to rest, I'm actually doing more harm than good. |
| 2:04.7 | And I've been in a situation, I've been in a season where that's what I was doing. I was |
| 2:09.5 | over-training. I was pushing my body much more intensely without giving it the opportunity |
| 2:17.1 | to rebuild, to rest. |
| 2:20.3 | And I paid a price for that. |
| 2:23.3 | And so as I continue this pursuit of fitness, |
