Summary

1:10.5	what I wanted. Probably every one of us can identify with this poem at some level in some stages of our lives. I think every one of us can identify with this. I think every one of us got hit somehow by this spirit of discontentment. Don't get me wrong. Not all discontentment is bad.
1:31.2	There is good side to discontentment. It is discontentment with your prayer life that causes you to do
1:40.1	something about it. It is discontentment about the level of your commitment to the Lord Jesus
1:47.5	Christ that causes you to reorder your priorities. It is discontentment with the level of your
1:57.5	faithfulness with the Lord that compels you to rethink your motives in life. But there is also
2:06.5	a dark side to discontentment. The dark side of discontentment is found in the Ten Commandments,
2:14.6	in particularly the 10enth Commandment.
2:20.4	The Tenth Commandment, Exodus chapter 20.
2:24.2	What does God call this dark side of discontentment?
2:27.9	God calls this dark side of discontentment.
2:29.9	He calls it covetousness.
2:31.7	Covetousness.
2:35.0	Covetousness is not a word that we often use.
2:37.4	It's not part of our everyday language today.
2:45.3	But covetousness is simply that craving for what somebody else has.
2:50.5	If I only get what they have, I'll be happy.
2:56.5	Covetousness is the craving of somebody else's circumstances.
