0:28.6	Even young children, they have their identity and their parents.
0:34.6	And therefore, wherever is our identity, that's where we draw our sense of security, our confidence.
0:43.9	Now, there are some people who see their identity in their title, whatever that may be,
0:50.7	and that's where they have their confidence.
0:53.6	There are others who see their confidence
0:56.5	and their identity in their profession, whatever that profession may be. Some people see their
1:04.5	identity tied to their net worth, and therefore everything about them is that in that identity.

1:14.9	I believe the Lord wants every one of us to begin to shift from seeing our identity in someone
1:24.4	or something to seeing our identity only in Jesus. Why? Because he loves us so much.
1:34.7	He loves us so much that he died on a cross for us. And he loves us so much that he knows
1:41.9	that we can lose whatever it is that we have found our identity in,
1:47.5	whether it's a profession or it's a name or it's in the title or whatever it may be.
1:52.9	He loves us enough to know that any of these things can be lost.
1:58.3	But our identity, when it is in Jesus and only in Jesus, it can never be lost. But our identity, when it is in Jesus and only in Jesus, it can never be lost. So, he uses all
2:09.4	possible means, and I mean that's the operative word, all possible means. Sometimes he uses
