They themselves are in constant paranoia, rightly so I think a lot of the time, about their

neighbours, Russia. We're talking about this incident on a Latvian airstrip and what appears to be

a very young kind of spy. Tell us about this. Yeah, So within the previous episode, we kind of had a case

more like tragicomical or of some as they say in popular culture crooks that just got played by the

Russian government and failed eventually miserably, you know, without even getting paid. In today's

episode, we have to, we also have

the chance to look at the case that was more complex and one which offers like an insight into

a more structural glimpse into the working of this fying phenomenon. And as you said, we're talking

about a pretty young guy. The case I'm about to talk about takes us to

not England the next time, but Latvia, in the city of Rimbate. I hope I pronounce that

right. And it involves a 21-year-old guy from Riga named Sergei Hodonovitz. What's of particular

interest on this case is the fact that thanks to his arrest,

we got more information that builds the better picture of what I'm talking about when I'm

saying the freelance spy as it was the premise of the series. So how did this whole plot happen?

We will start with the main person involved or a Lat Latvian guy, Sergei Sodorovits.

This investigation came to light very late around July in 2024, but the insipid of this

world plot started way earlier in May 2022 when the Russian invasion into Ukraine was in its full swing.

The whole action itself happens in a very small town in Latvia called Leverade,
