Now, as a coach and athlete, it can be extremely

difficult to analyze technique and understand whether or not a technique flaw is a small problem

or a big problem. It's pretty obvious when you see perfect technique, but between that and a straight

up ugly looking lift, there's a ton of gray area.

Now, this is even more complicated in today's social media world where we have tons of access

to seeing athletes all over the world at all skill levels put up videos of themselves training

on a regular day in and day out basis.

You know, last week there were a couple of videos that were circulating on Instagram

where there were some young athletes who were squatting a ton of weight and their knees

were forcefully collapsing in horribly on the ascent of their squat.
