But we've seen the last year is that there's been many macroeconomic shocks coming to different

companies. A couple of years ago, we had COVID that we're still lingering with.

We had the supply chain disruptions that came out of it.

Inflation, energy, ESG is high on the agenda.

There are new technologies, so things are speeding up.
