0:27.4	to comment on this administrative guidance. And first of all, I have Evie here. Evie is an
0:33.5	international tax expert, lots of experience. Also with the US and the link between Pillar 2 and US,
0:40.9	we have Yoni Ghiere.
0:42.3	Yoni was working very hard on tax technology and linked with Pillar 2
0:47.4	and Maxime Alart, who is an expert in the tax accounting aspects of Pillar 2.
0:53.0	So I think with these people in my recording studio, I have some interesting experts to talk
0:58.8	about the administrative guidance.
1:01.7	Now, it has been long awaited.
1:03.7	Before Christmas, we got a few bits and pieces, but finally, after many months, the OECD published
1:10.6	the administrative guidance.
1:13.5	So my first question is actually, and Yoni, perhaps you can help me with that,
1:19.0	what is actually in the administrative guidance today?
1:23.2	Yes, good morning, Peter.
1:24.9	Indeed, the administrative guidance actually covers the most urgent questions that were asked by the businesses and by other stakeholders.
1:34.1	And they bundled their answers in 11, in 11 pages and they covered 26 items.
1:40.8	They divided that in five different chapters.
1:44.0	They covered some questions on scoping, also on income and taxes.
