It is a beautiful Wednesday, so hopefully you're going to get out and enjoy a little bit of the sunshine, maybe play a little hooky.

I'm giving you permission to go outside and enjoy the day because we don't always get nice days

here in May in the Northwest. And this one should be a good one tomorrow as well. So a little bit

one today uh where we get to listen a little bit to some sound from mike macdonald from yesterday

i got a fair amount to to reflect on what he said and just where he's growing as a coach as a leader

and i think it's pretty cool to kind of witness that going on.
