But, you know, she's sent to boarding school when she's 10. It could also be that this is around the time that she realized that, you know,

Yeah, it's either right around the time or maybe right after where she was like,

I've just killed this man and now I'm sending you away or you're in danger and I'm sending

you away.

Right. But that's a thing, though, because it's possible Debra wasn't even worried about the kissing thing.

So then we have this entire like relationship for Sarah that's when we contextualized because

she thinks, oh, my mom sent me away because she saw me kissing a girl when in fact,

oh, she was trying to protect me from an actual serial killer.

Yeah.

It's almost disappointing that we don't get that moment of catharsis or confrontation,

even, where Sarah actually gets to talk to her mom about this, right? Because by the time we learn that Desjardin was targeting Sarah, we're into that third

quarter of the film, Deborah's completely lost her marbles.bles and she's abducting girls out of the, you know,

pediatric wing.

Yeah.
