For those that are waiting for me to completely snap my gasket like I used to when I had road rage instances when I was in the car for a year and a half and I started this show.

That's right for those that are new in the car. I did this show for the first 18 months in my car with a little bit of recorder. It probably won't get that bad.

But you never know there might be a moment or two in it. But it is the the facts that I'm going to bring you that will be like a two by four to some to the head, including a few comments for a doctor that decided to make a comment on the show that I did on Friday.

Defending doctors in the medical industry and would have you and then not him me has called down the fire that is Ken Barry upon himself that hasn't happened yet.

But I'm waiting to see it happen. It will be pretty interesting. I'll tell you about that. But we're going to talk about and which is interesting.

The doctor that I'll tell you about when we start this. Want me to call out big sugar. Guess who gets the major call out today. Big sugar. Big sugar. That's exact.

And I was already going to do that before he asked this. This show has been in the planning works since Friday when I finished. In fact, I would say when I chose the subject for my segment on Friday.

I already decided to do this and was already putting together the resources and information for today's show.

And a good 70% of today's show will come down on the sugar industry and tell you all the evil shit that they've done, including buying influence, paying for studies, etc.

Lying to you continuously. We're going to cover the the brand new food pyramid. I don't know if it will ever officially be called that.

But a brand new study that is the most comprehensive study of nutrient density and food value that blah blah blah blah. That tells you things like, oh, I don't know. It is better for you to eat lucky charms.

Then a stake. I'm not kidding. I'm not kidding. We'll cover all of that and more. But we're going to cover that with a goal.

Pattern recognition. The pattern is set. And once you see the pattern, you can't unsee it. And I will finish this show by going into a few other industries like the food industry as a whole, not just big sugar.

The broadcasting industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the agriculture industry, they explain to you how it all basically works the same way. And why wouldn't it?

Because the system is designed to work this way. So since these people game the system they designed, of course, they do it the same way everywhere.

It's no different than television. You get hit television series or a hit television concept next season. There's 20 versions of it on the air, ie reality TV or because I call it non reality television.
