Good morning, good morning, good morning, good afternoon, good evening. For whatever time, it may be

where you are in your beautiful corner of this earth. Man, I've been drinking tea this morning.

But not just a cup. Man, I've been having a whole tea ceremony. I think I just had a two-hour tea ceremony by myself.

Just centering myself, collecting myself, all layers and parts of myself.

And there was a question.

I asked myself to initiate that ceremony.

And it's a question I want to ask you too.

Where's your heart?

It's a simple question, ain't it?

But in reality, it's very, very revealing.

This question will reveal to us whether we have been present or we have been pretending,

whether we've been ready or we have been restless.

You know, many of us, you know, we might be feeling anxious

or not grounded in our energy. And any time you experience those unearthing energies, just ask

this question, it will give you the clarity that you need to succeed.

You might come to the realization that maybe the mind has traveled so far into the distance,

it's not even here.

Wrestling with the worries dwelling in the doubts, man.

You know, sometimes we dwell on our doubts a little bit too much.
