or on the worries of tomorrow

I know the worries of tomorrow

are a big theme for a lot of us

the world is changing

you know we are changing

you know our change is beautiful. It's transformation, but

when we're transforming in a world that is uncertain, and, you know, we're just trying to do the best

we can while we can, but it doesn't seem like anything is quite working. Of course, we may be

a little bit consumed in our mind, and that's why I appreciate it

when you come here and join me in hindsight, just for a conversation, you know? A little dose for the

day. It's truly the

little steps,

you know, the little pores

and sips that

nourish us and, you know,

give us the ability to

develop a stable sense

of self, a strong sense

of self and,

you know, be able to weather any storm.
