We've got to talk about your Texas Rangers weekend, which did not go according to plan down in Houston as they lost two out of three to a struggling Astros team. And by the way, due to injuries and due to just, you know, people leaving. It feels like the Astros run is pretty much over. Now again, the American League West is no great shakes. I believe the athletics are leading the

division at 500, I want to say. So it's not like anybody's truly out of it, but it doesn't

feel like Houston is the formidable monster that they've been in the past. Yeah, yeah,

they're definitely not going to run away with the AL West this year. They're probably not

going to make the playoffs. And the division itself

is not good. And when we, we spent time last week, I think it was during Diamond Talk, just

looking at the Rangers' upcoming schedule where you've got, you're going to Houston for three,

then you go to Colorado, then you go to Anaheim, and it's two really bad teams, and it's

one bad team with the Astros.

However, when the Rangers are, they're not good themselves.

So you can't go play a team that's around your level and expect to win two out of three

or a sweep or anything.

And I was a little concerned about this weekend, honestly.

A big part because of the

bats, because of Corey Seeger with his 0 for 20 something slump he was in. And we didn't know at

the time, but he's, I guess now he's dealing with back spasms. Well, it's interesting because he was

just going to get Friday off. Yeah. Just to reset, you had a day off Thursday. You go down to Houston, get him off his feet. Maybe he can work on his swing. But then we got report Saturday. He was out of the lineup again due to back spasms. And then Sunday he goes, he's out of the lineup again. And he has to go back to Texas to get an MRI, which is concerning for a guy who is 30 old and you already

have, you know, Wyatt Langford, who's been out for all month with an elbow issue.

So those are two power bats in the middle of a lineup that isn't very productive.

That's a concern.

Like he's not going to play in this Rocky series.

And hopefully the bats can do what they did Sunday against Houston because leading up to
