Let's start with some NBA talk here, Sean, as we have a new MVP in the NBA, same as the

old MVP, Shea Gilgis Alexander. I don't think it's a big surprise to anybody.

No, and honestly, it's hard to argue with the numbers.

Now, there was a handful of guys this year that I think you would be justified to give a first

place vote to.

Maybe Luca, I guess that's the cutoff because you have SGA that got 83,

Joker got 10, Wimby got 5, which I thought was a little low.

Luca didn't get a first place vote, but he still finished fourth in the overall voting. And that's because largely he played 64 games and because all these other teams

finished ahead of his legors and the standings.

But SGA is a foul merchant.

I think his 31 points per game is a little inflated because he is trying to go to the

free throw line.

I do give him props for having one of the more polished mid-range games you have in the

league. That's more from a bygone era. And he is a good distributor, and he's great in crunch time.

He led the NBA with clutch points this year with 175. And he was the finals MVP last year. And now this is back-to-back

MVP trophies for him,

joining Janice, Steph, LeBron, Joker, and, yeah, those are the active players that have won back-to-back.

Also joining all-time Nash, Duncan Jordan, Magic Bird, Moses Malone, Kareem, Wilt, and Bill Russell.

So this is rare air for SGA.

And it's interesting in an age of Stan culture in the NBA, which, like, that's probably

bigger than, like, fandom itself is fans of certain players.

Like, Luca Donchich is that guy.
