Well, hello and welcome back to the first ever podcast and what seems like forever.

We're renaming, rebranding the podcast, took a very long break for development and creation of the PowerFit app that did get launched on the app store in December of 2022.

So I listened to a lot of you all and y'all gave me naming suggestions.

And I think the one that really ties to me the most is power hour.

So that's what we're going to go with because I also do think that a lot of you are listening to this,

maybe while you're doing your power fit workouts or getting in your cardio or your daily walks.

And so I think it just kind of goes right alongside. Yeah, I love the new name.

I think it's a good branding opportunity. It's definitely true to who you are and what you've built.

So, yeah, I think it's great. And if you can't already gather that my first guest back is none other than

my husband. That's me. Yep. I know whenever I don't have a guest, I can always

bank on Grant to come join in with me. You've gotten really good at podcasting. I like talking.

I talk all day with people with my job. So I thoroughly enjoy it and I hope the listeners do too.

It's almost been a full year.

I think of like nine months or so.

Wow, it's crazy to think it's been that long.

Honestly, just building the app and Rais court kingstons and playing with Barbie loves

paying the angels. That's our miniature English bulldog. In case she can't tell Grant

has given her four names. Yeah, she's daddy's little girl. I'm not going to lie. But honestly,
