And if you're new here, I've lost 125 pounds myself. It took me two and a half years to do it,

and I have been successfully keeping that weight off ever since.

And the mechanics of it actually were pretty easy.

You know, the actual to-do list, the things I had to do. No one thing was very hard.

The hard part I discovered, what makes weight loss a challenge, is I had to actually change.

I had to actually like become different.

That's part a lot of people don't talk about with weight loss.

It's just how much change is required if you want it to be sustainable.

Anytime in the past, I had always just set out to lose weight with the sole intention of just losing weight.

That's what I wanted to be.
