Now this week, we're going to talk about some signs that I look for with people I'm working with to see that they're on the right path.

Because a lot of times we want to know that we're being successful. We want to know that we're getting the body.

We want to know we're moving where we want to go and that we're doing it in a safe way.

But when you're trying to create that new relationship on the scale, so maybe

you've taken a break from it, or maybe you're embracing the slowness of it and you're losing

it pretty slowly. Whatever it is, you need to have these other indicators, these metrics to let you

know you're moving in the right direction. And this week, I want to tell you the things I look for, and you could maybe see if you find these in your own life, in your own weight loss journey. You can see, you know, if any of these I'm saying, you can go, well, wait a minute. I don't think he would be describing me when he says that. Well, I just want you to know if we were a client, that would mean I would be trying to dig into that with you.
