So today on the pod, we are sharing an event that we held recently with Jinnay Nelson,

president and director of the NACP Legal Defense Fund, who argued a case the Supreme Court

will decide any day now that will determine the future of voting rights in America.

I wanted to share this with you because it's hard to overstate

how consequential this court decision will be and more people need to know about it. Attacks on

voting rights are something that absolutely makes me lose my shit. But knowing that we have

badass women like Janae fighting for us helps so much.

And I know you're going to feel that way too.

You know what also helps?

Winning.

Lately, extremists attacks, we have been successfully fighting them back.

Just in recent days with this redistricting win in Virginia, where Virginians voted to protect fair elections in their state,

doing a huge favor to all of us all across the country who have kind of been watching in horror

at what happened in Texas and what could happen in Florida with redistricting.
