So we'll dig in a little bit on those now,

including some sound bites from this week's hearing on one of the main goals of Project

2025. I think we can fairly call it that, destroying the power of independent agencies or what

they call the administrative state. Our guest is very critical of this trend at SCOTUS,

so we'll see where he thinks they get it wrong

and what the implications are for the American people.
