grow your own vegetables.org so we're talking about the super food summit and we've teased this a little bit. I'm going to be covering

seven, eight different micro-greens, how to grow and prepare them. There's different

micro-greens too, so I'm going to be doing like things that you have to soak,

things that you don't have to soak

wheat grass bunch of different fun ones so hope you guys tune in if only just for

that there's a lot of good tips there and stuff I've not really shared as far as

micro green growth just new things that I've learned.

But Stacy, I'm actually really curious as to what else is going on.

I'm certainly not the only person in the summit.

So could you give us a little bit of a teaser about who else is going to be talking and what they're talking about?

Sure and thanks so much for being a part of the summit. I'm so looking forward to sharing your presentation with everybody because you know micro greens are something that's anybody can grow

anywhere which is super cool so very excited to air your presentation and we've got

you know over a dozen other speakers and the idea really was to practically

walk people through growing 12 of the top super foods on the planet right at home.

And so we've got people like Melissa Norris,

who's going to talk about blueberries for beginners.

We've got Greg Peterson from the Urban Farm

Yu, who's gonna talk about fruit trees.

Along that same theme with fruit, we're going to have John Moody talking about

elderberries.

And of course, like we talked about on the first podcast episode, he's also going to talk about
